Like Trump gleefully signing it would quell the Russia phobia lol.

Forgetting the political aspect, the appeal to authority is a logical fallacy. The fact is we are by no means certain Russia 'hacked the election'---apart from the sort of meddling attempts they always do. Everyone meddles in elections, including our own CIA.

Some people [tens of millions, actually] think we should have direct, concrete evidence---not just consensus opinion masquerading as fact.

Some people may have no concern about Russian interference .. and some wouldn't acknowledge it no matter how conclusive the evidence.

I'm not those people.

OUR Intelligence Community has concluded that the Russians interfered, and Russia has history of interference in elections.

Should we wait for a couple more elections to figure it out, or do we act upon the findings of our own IC before another election?

I'm with the latter, as tens of millions of Americans are.
