I don't care who created OSHA. I also know that Nixon would be considered a "liberal RINO" by modern GOP standards.

Let's be honest. Republicans today hate any government oversight. If Biden were to create something like OSHA today, the Republicans would be screaming for WW3.

I don't know what you're trying to say here. However, it's a known fact that the wealth divide is growing. CEO pay has skyrocketed 1,460% since 1978. We live in a society where useless jobs earn someone a higher salary than useful jobs. A worker used to be able to raise a family on one salary. Now this requires two salaries. Our late-stage capitalist society is crumbling and people like you enjoy groveling for the diminishing crumbs left behind by the wealthy.

The problem is that it is often impossible to boycott any corporation. Research the Koch Brother and see exactly how expansive his product list is.

The far left Democratic Socialists have given us out of control inflation, violent crime, borders, federal spending, and 8 million illegals, calling parents terrorists, record high gas prices, grocery shortages, CRT for six year olds, baby formula shortages, 60 billion for Ukraine, Afghanistan disaster, high taxes, tens of thousands of Fentanyl deaths, grooming our children, and a senile president.

No it isn't. It's a list of ancient history that we now take for granted. It proves that unions were necessary a long time ago in order to give workers a fair/safe workplace. Instead of sweat shops.

Unions have done almost nothing for workers beyond forcing employers to provide higher wages.

Again not true. That is the end result of a century of fighting for the workers.

Have unions festered into a beast that has gotten greedy at the top, at the expense of members? Absolutely. Should there be a middle ground with some of the bigger unions who take advantage? Absolutely.


Most recently we saw the rail workers union fighting for basic sick leave that is being denied employees. Sure...they have plenty of personal days, but are denied leave when said days are requested. The industry has staff shortages that seems to create one train derailment per week.

On the other side of the coin, we have state workers on highways who have two guys running a shovel/wheel barrow, and 3 guys watching.

The answer lies somewhere in the middle.
