You blame Obama, but this was passed almost two decades ago, then in his first term TACO gutted it, now it is expensive. Not very clear thinking.

I have affordable insurance, before Obamacare I was rejected for insurance, due to pre-existing condition.

My family and I were on the marketplace for a decade, then when my wife started her insurance, we get it from her company.
