Thailand, which many on this board choose to disparage, has universal healthcare and free roads. I was on the Chonburi to Bangkok motorway last night and that road is awesome. It is built to UK motorways standards and in truth it is probably better than many.

Fucking fool, there hasn't been enough rainfall this year on the Eastern seaboard. The reservoirs in Chonburi are only 35-40% full!!
