Agreed. I just don't want the winning side to be trying to find ways to work with the losers. Losers have loser ideas. Really it's a "Come work with us, or get out of the way" scenario.
Republicans don't have 60 votes in the Senate so they need Democratic support to pass legislation. We see what happened with Obamacare when major legislation is passed by one party.
At heart Donald Trump is a Democratic and he likes to negotiate deals. He is not a conservative ideologue so expecting him to govern as a conservative is to oneself up for big disappointment.
