A prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich of being a BLT...but so what?

The charge means nothing.

Now...if the jury returns a verdict of guilty on that charge, you assholes of the right might have something to crow about.

Well....Someone murdered the mother and her baby....who was due in July....Do you disagree with the charges in the death of the baby?

If Trump is charged...it will mean a hell of a lot.

The two charges mentioned in the OP...mean a lot.

That does not mean there will be a conviction.

And if the jury in this case also returns a similar verdict...you can crow about that.

I was not discussing the cases you mentioned, nor was I discussing the issue in general. I was discussing the topic of THIS THREAD.

You may get a verdict similar. You may not. We'll see.
