What you said was the US government can only spend monies taken in by taxes. That is not true. It isn't even true for states or localities. All governments can borrow money.
In the case of the Federal government they can simply print money and then classify it as the government borrowing from itself. They can also forgive the money they owe themselves which comes with other risks but it certainly isn't true that governments can only spend what they take in in taxes.
As for your claim of governments not producing anything. Ever driven on a road? Governments provide services just as businesses can provide services. Whether the taxes pay for those services is a debate to be had but payment for services is capitalism at its finest. Government is not a case of taxing and providing nothing.
Give it up idiot. Our government cannot support itself without taxes. Provided by capitalism. They do not create jobs. Taxes they collect do. They cannot provide even basic social services or anything else without taxes. All provided by capitalism.
