Illegally crossing the border is a misdeameanor...

Lying on your FS-86 is a felony.

Where is the “zero tolerance”?

Why is the Rump admistration enforcing some laws and not others?

The first is more of a burden. Prosecutorial discretion remember?

Get over it already GayRod

Take care of your wife’s health

That’s my whole point, you argue prosecutorial discretion does not exist.

I see you are feeling upset about trumps recent loss and embarrassment.

Find a quote of me saying "it doesn't exist". I have never said that. Nice straw man titty boy.

I am not upset about what happened yesterday. Deportations will continue. Zero tolerance is still in effect. Your side will be exposed

Because sometimes, rarely, but sometimes it’s necessary. The point is it should be avoided not encouraged.

It that right?

How many families did Obama tear apart? How many asylees did Obama lock up? How many kids did Obama cage?

Don't you mean SF-86? If your going to whine at least get it right.

Distinction between felonies and misdemeanors. A misdemeanor is considered a crime of low seriousness, and a felony one of high seriousness. A principle of the rationale for the degree of punishment meted out is that the punishment should fit the crime.

And they're both still crimes.
