Yes he did, at least the first time he went to Louisiana after illegally jumping the border in Jan. in El Paso. That time it was Biden Airlines, a division of HHS which flies illegals anywhere they want to go (just name a "sponsor.") He self-surrendered" in El Paso to collect his free flight tickets to Baton Rouge, where he hooked up with no one knows who, probably the cartel he works for. He looks like a thug. HHS doesn't check and doesn't care.

The media that is even covering this at all, mostly local Texas affiliates, is working overtime to say the word "migrant" instead of "illegal" and never saying how he got to the interior. Because if the public ever put all the pieces together for the true picture, there just might be hell to pay.
