US Representative Ilhan Omar introduced a bill on Tuesday to sanction Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) for his role in the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, putting the progressive lawmaker at odds with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and President Joe Biden.
