The number one misreading. Muller did not say it. The facts laid out in the report amply demonstrate collusion. What Mueller did say, made a point of saying in his televised address, is that he did not investigate collusion since collusion is not a crime. He investigated "criminal conspiracy". The difference has been explained countless times here and elsewhere but it has never penetrated the minds of Trumpers and probably never will.

Yeah, proper public health communication does save lives and improves quality of life. I live in Idaho and worked in the public health division for most of my career. Here’s an example:

Wrong. A television ad campaign is nearly worthless at communicating detailed information. Maybe you haven't noticed, but virtually all television ads target one thing: Name / brand recognition. They try to repeat the product / company / brand name at least 7 times during a commercial. At the same time they tell you NOTHING useful about the product itself.
Ad agencies know that's what works and that trying to sell a brand or product using actual metrics and convincing arguments can't be done in 30 seconds. Even the various pharma commercials are more about the name of some pill or shot than they are about its usefulness.

The government was poised to toss away $150 million on a useless ad campaign that would accomplish nothing. Good that it got quashed.
