Public trust in SCOTUS is down to 40% and, after all of this, I expect it to be a lot lower. The Tea Party AKA Alt-Right got their wish: Americans are losing trust in their own government.

He is saying that absent a right such as "The Right to Privacy." the 10th Amendment kicks in and it becomes a State issue. If they overturn Roe in the way the opinion that was leaked reads, there is no right to privacy and thuse all issues that were protected, (Birth Control, Interracial marriage, surrogacy, invitro feralization, and more) become "rights" not protected by the Constitution that the States can ban or legislate away.
This is why I tell people they cannot argue with dishonest, uneducated and unintelligent fools. It isn't a law. It isn't being decided. It is being remanded back to the states to decide via Article X of the Constitution.

That's what overturning the decision does - it remands the issue back to the states.
But it IS overturning. You couldn't be more wrong. We can keep going if you'd like, though.
The argument from the left is that they are "banning" abortions. The original decision would be "REVERSED" and "REMANDED" back to the states where it should have stayed.
