No, that's based on a combination of evidence and Sussman's own admission that occurred after he was indicted but the judge ruled wouldn't be allowed in testimony due to it occurring after he was indicted.

The innuendo is the "combination of evidence," meaning, as is often common in all these innuendos and conspiracies, framing circumstantial evidence into a narrative that you want to believe shows facts, in fact, it is nothing more than circumstantial evidence

If I am not mistaken the reason the Judge didn't allow it was because he ruled it was a fishing expeditions with no connecting relevance to the charges

And I can't say it enough, all this innuendo is taken as incriminating fact by the right, but the Trump Tower meeting which was documented as political beginning to end, was nothing
