NY courts have jurisdiction in NY and they have already told him he must comply. Failure to comply will result in a default judgement against him since he is being sued civilly.

The IRS doesn't find anyone guilty of tax fraud. Your ignorance of how the law works is astounding. A person can only be found guilty in the US in a courtroom during a trial. It's that little thing called the US Constitution.
When errors are found on tax returns the first step is to have the tax payer correct the forms and pay the required tax. Why has Trump had to pay more in taxes after he filed and errors were found if he was always correct? The IRS doesn't audit tax returns because they found no errors. They audit tax returns because the did find likely errors. The IRS can't release any information on tax returns they audit since that would violate the privacy of the taxpayer. We don know that Trump has been audited and we do know he has had to pay more than what he originally said he owed.
We certainly don't know what the IRS is doing with any evidence of tax fraud that the NY AG has turned over to the IRS. We likely won't know until their investigation is complete which could take more than a year.

The IRS doesn't charge anyone with a tax crime. They investigate and if they find evidence of a willful violation of tax law then they turn the evidence over to the DoJ that prosecutes the crime. The person can only be found guilty in a court of law. The IRS can't find anyone guilty of any crime.
