The difference is that Biden will accept the results like Hillary did. Trump will be constantly tweeting and appearing on Fox talking about how he actually won, but the Deep State screwed him over.
So while there might be some rioting if Biden loses, the rioting for Trump would be infinitely worse because Trump will be encouraging it.
