If Trump gets the nomination...

I'd rather risk an unbought Trump who has experience in putting smart and capable teams together for success, than a lying elitist like Hillary who practic s deception as a normal way of doing business.

How many times has your lying frontrunner with his smart and capable teams for success been bankrupt so far, Joint boy? I've actually lost count.

Given the alternative, it's kind of a no-brainer.

But 'conservative' is a kind of general term: there's economic conservatives; social conservatives and foreign policy conservatives. On foreign policy, Trump may be as conservative as anyone on the Republican side. He's very conservative on immigration. And I'd say he's pretty moderate on social and economic issues.

That's conservative enough for this conservative. Again, particularly given the alternative. Are there any social moderates left on the left? Or have they all gone off the deep end? Trump also advocates taxing the rich.

Maybe a few democrats will hold their noses.

He's a liar, a narcissist and a hothead. Not qualities I want to see in a president.

Or anyone who wins the Democratic nomination and you're right. Trump is an embarrassment to this nation and doesn't stand a chance in the general election as Trump will have alienated everyone but angry white working class rednecks and a handful of corporate managers. Trump might be able to win the GOP nomination with a plurality of the Republican vote of around 35% but not the general.
That hilarious Mott. You're honestly pretending your vote wasn't chosen 6 years ago for you.

He's not a conservative. But Hillary's a liar, who's your only real choice.

Out of the two, I'd rather risk an unbought Trump who has experience in putting smart and capable teams together for success, than a lying elitist like Hillary who practic s deception as a normal way of doing business.

No-brainer. Not even close. If nothing else Trump knows a bad trade deal when he sees one. Or a bad nuclear deal. That he would cause derangement on the left, the media and in the establishment would be a bonus.

It would be great fun to watch.

Or as Norah would say in her bible verse thread: "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall" :D
