If this is not collusion, what is?

How do you define collusion?

Because I think what is described in the Stone indictment is text book collusion.

Do us a favor. Post the "text book" definition of collusion, out of a text book please. Because I ain't googling it anymore and I ain't reading that wall of text indictment either. Because if this is something that's clear as a mountain stream to YOU, it's guaranteed to be somewhat...muddled to anyone else

Collusion is an agreement, usually secretive, which occurs between two or more persons to deceive, mislead, or defraud others of legal rights. If the agreement is to commit a crime in the future, collusion may be a crime, Conspiracy (criminal).

Trump says, no collusion....

That’s what this thread is about. Not crimes. Collusion can be a crime, it is not always a crime.

Do I bother pointing out the collusion from the other side? Why do I waste my time with it lol?

Between ‘coordinated leak campaigns’ about Trump and Russia coming out of the Seventh Floor—and going straight to a complicit media; Steele, colluding with Russians via cut-outs; hell, even fricking Weissman[!] was on board with democrat/Russian/media collusion before he went to work for Mullet—and that’s not even the half of it.

DEMOCRATS WERE SWIMMING IN A SEA OF COLLUSION BEFORE THE ELECTION AND AFTER.

So, how is that relevant to this thread and trump claiming “no collusion” over and over again?

Maybe it is.

But then you’re swallowing a camel and then gagging on a gnat with Stone and whatever he did or didn’t do with Assange. Democrats had the flipping DOJ working for them and spying on the Trump campaign.

Colluding on an election. And it’s not a secret any more.

This is how you know when you proved your point to a Rumpper, they go full board cray cray..

It's not a secret for those who aren't willfully blind :seenoevil:

make your case for collusion.

Stone did not contact WIKI -so that's out and the info he gave to the "Trump campaign" was public knowledge

he's already admitted that there is no crime called collusion.....he's just too stupid to realize it.....

Its pretty obvious that Micabre and Jarot didn't get good grades in criminal law back in school........they failed to learn the #1 basic rule of class........if there isn't a statute that makes something illegal it is NOT A CRIME.......

Do the charges of the indictment clearly state collusion? No they do not. Those are not "magic" words, those are necessary words.

No, I don't think so. Collusion is not a necessary word. A complaint is going to set forth facts that establish each element of a crime, each and every count in it. There may be facts set forth
of general application that are incorporated by reference into one of the named counts, but it is always plead so that there are at least some facts that establish each element.
I'm positive a complaint by Mueller is no exception. The causes of action are statutory so the only magic words required are the numbers of the codes
that it is alleged were violated and facts that tag each base of each crime alleged.

In the context of Trump's culpability he will have his own criminal complaint, information or indictment that states exactly what he did and failed to do.
I understand that will occur in State Court after he is removed or loses reelection.

If I were given the chance to rewrite the thread I'd call it, "if this isn't TREASON, what is?"
