If they Republicans wanted an outsider?

Wasn't it not that long ago that people from both sides of the political spectrum were saying how we needed a President that wasn't beholden to either party and that the establishment couldn't buy off.

Then Trump comes along and the multitudes are running around like chicken little.

Because change is scary.

See, that's also Sanders to me. So with Sanders I get the benefit of someone not truly beholden to his party, not beholden to any billionaire buddies, AND not a misogynist, xenophobe that insults the handicapped or POWs.

Sanders has actually reached out to Trump voters trying win them over.

The way I read that is these are registered Democrats who regularly vote Republican in Presidential elections. I know we can't know the number but I'd be curious how many of these voters are Democrats who regularly vote Democratic in Presidential elections. That's where the real difference is

Not vote republican, but registered democrats who "self identify" as republicans. It doesn't say why. Could just be that they are disenfranchised.

You get some states like Kentucky and West Virginia that vote Republican nationally but vote for Democrats within their state.

I plan to vote for Bernie in the primary. I like him better than Hillary and think congress could buffer him were he by some miracle to be elected.
