She could pardon herself unless she was impeached. Nixon was never impeached or convicted of anything, because he resigned. I am not speaking about impeachment but legal conviction, and the Constitution says that a President could pardon themselves, and this is completely the same as any dictatorship ever.

she could not pardon herself, but she would be nominated by the Dems to run for president because after all, what difference does it make?.....
