Mullet threw a 70 year old grandfather into solitary confinement.

Manafort skirted the law and got caught. Not sure who the bigger scoundrel is at this point.

The one guilty of bank fraud, tax fraud and hiding foreign bank accounts would be my guess. The same guy has a trial starting next month. He will be in jail for life if he can't cut a deal. Yeah, that's the one I think is a scoundrel.
