The supreme court would have OKed it. That is the court we will look at for the next 30 years unless we do something about it. I'm not just responding to the decisions that they have made already, I'm also including the decision that they, without a doubt, will be doing in the future. Any approach they use to correct the poison in the supreme court now is acceptable to me . Trump selected these people not in any way by merit, but by them being willing to be controlled by him. And when Trump is gone, these type of Justices will decide by the highest bidder. That's the court that the hate party wants , one that will perpetuate their ugliness and control. The courts fit into the right wing of today, adds them to the list of this countries biggest threat and enemy. The right exist for one reason now, and that is simply the transfer of all the new wealth to the golden few at the top.
 
The existence of the current SCOTUS is one of the main reasons why this republic cannot be saved by constitutional means.
An inadequate constitution got us here to begin with.

They have no history of that, in fact, the conservatives justices have ruled on the side of liberals in a majority of their cases.

You look at the big cases and make a judgement based off of that instead of their voting record in its entirety.

Remember that is Roberts who sided with the leftists to pass Obamacare.

You should do a bit of research before you spread your hate.

Wow, so he backed up doing something for others then the golden few, well whoopy ding. They have supported some of the most evil cruel unconstitutional cases in the past and since Trumps pieces of shit that he contributed to the court it has been one attack after the other on blacks, gays' women with some of the most bullshit reason they said why they did it. The background and facts behind the right wing justices is horribly ugly and dangerous. all of the trumps Justices were selected by their willingness to do as they are told by trump, as was every single person that he selected for his cabinet and the people around him. This court has to be dumped. .

The only way to resolve this , as in having a president that hate the country so much that he will destroy it putting in judges that are a disaster for the country , constitution and flag and only selected by whether he can control them, Then anything is acceptable to bring down that court. Now if someone ,anyone can come up with a plan within the system to desolve this group let me know. The alternatives are ugly, but remember that these alternatives were forced upon us by a piece of shit that the right wants for their leader. and justices that were picked for their ugliness and anti-American thinking.

One easy solution, return to the sixty vote approval needed for confirmation, when Mitch made it a majority vote, it was doomed to be a partisan court by design

Yup , it actually is the only way that the right can even continue to exist, with laws that are harmful, taking away the votes of Democrats. Or as of now, willing to turn this country into a dictatorship, with them being the dictator. If this country is to be saved, we have to rewrite the rules or simply overpower these anti-Americans, these traitors and haters, anyway that they can be destroyed is a good way as far as I'm concerned. They are simply that much of a threat to this democracy. Doing nothing, claiming we have to follow the rules , is bullshit. . I no longer have faith in the courts in our laws, in our police or in our system as it is now. They will choose dictatorship again at the first opportunity, otherwise they know they are done as a party. The hate party is done, This country has two choices, their dictatorship or bringing down their hate group. The conservative voice in this country is as important as our progressive voice is in this country. but that has nothing to do with this Trump led hate group that exist now. The hate party has to go so that conservatives , real conservatives, can put together a party and voice that represents them. In reality, they have earned, as a group ,all the trouble they will have to go through to put together another party, advise -they are nuts if they try to continue with the name republican , that name has been poisoned and will be rejected out of hand.
