Is anyone else following this story? It is creepy and truly a mystery. I've been reading the online sleuths all over the Web. So many theories it's crazy, going down the rabbit hole.

The fact the police are closed-mouthed about it tells me they have suspects but are still working on the evidence to make an arrest.
Most stabbing murders involve injury to the murderer because all that blood and violence makes edged-weapons slippery.
How did they get in their homes?

Most likely let in, or followed in by force. 4 people, you'd think that someone would have instinctively defended themsalves and maybe teamed up on the motherfucker..

Have you been following this on Reddit and some of the other sites? This is one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen. There is a video from a food truck of two of the girls right before they were killed, tons of social media posts and pics from the victims. If you haven't already, you need to read some of the sites and theories.
I don't have a theory, don't know if it was someone who knew them all or another serial killer like Bundy or Danny Rollings. I can't stop reading it though. What a tragic loss of such young lives. I can't imagine what kind of damaged monster did this.
Unknown at the moment, but I'm guessing someone let them in.
The police haven't released the autopsies, order of death or any other significant facts. This is why I think they have a good idea who did it but are working on having enough evidence for an arrest.
IMO, the murderer will have cuts on their hands.

Yep. The police said they were targeted. But didn't released specifics.
At first the police said the students are safe, now they changed their tune. So yeah something's definitely going on.

I've seen the few news reports such as the video. Still, the police reaction tells me they have a good idea of the murderer.
With edged weapons there's lots of DNA evidence.
Someone would have to know that was a weak spot.

I think police suspect it is a Rambo type, fixed edge knife, one they said the suspect would probably be proud of. I read somewhere one of them was partially decapitated. Not sure how true that is either.
What is really strange is how the 2 girls on the first floor were not harmed. Also, they called the police at noon the next day to report an unconscious person. It's all too weird for words.
That is weird, but if they didn't go upstairs thinking the others were sleeping, that would be normal. If the "unconscious person" was bleeding out, that would be unusuall. Are the two survivors saying anything in public?
