Pitiful diversion attempt.
If these laws supposedly harm blacks, is that saying blacks can't do things to the level of other people?
Pitiful diversion attempt.
fucking liar

Small arms ownership isn't a right. Voting is.so gun IDs are NOT racist, even though most minorities can't afford them?
Nobody said ID requirement is racist.I don't know why it's considered racist to require an ID to vote. It's not like the rule is only for specific races or anything like that. I had to show ID earlier this week to vote and I'm a white girl in rural Texas.

Where do they get the ID?Nearly every voter in India has photo ID, that's around 780 million or over twice the population of the USA!! So how can they do that in a far poorer country like India yet seemingly are unable to in the USA?

So...less than half of the territories allow all people to vote?95.64%: The percentage of eligible voters who have been issued photo identity cards to prevent misuse. That’s around 780 million individuals. Of the 35 states and union territories, 16 have achieved 100% coverage.

You have a right to bear the types of arms that don't require a license. All citizens have the right to vote.We have a right to bear arms
Pretty sure? Are you sure they didn't say that most of these laws target the minority community, or students?I'm pretty sure people have made the claim that voter ID laws are racist though, even on here.

How does it target a minority or students if we all have to do it? I'm a student and I had to show my ID along with the older person that was in front of me in line.
I'm sorry but where in the 2nd amendment does it mention licenses or specific arms? When it comes to voting absolutely everybody has a right to vote but there also has to be a way to make sure one person casts one vote to deter fraud or foreign influence and so verifying your ID as a citizen of the country and the state you live in for your local representation accomplishes that. Do you disagree?
then why did our courts decide they are racist
Which courts?
I'm just trying to understand how something is racist when it doesn't target any specific race. If all citizens regardless of race need to verify citizenship in order to vote how is that targeting a specific race? I would completely agree it's racist if they required only black people or people of Mexican descent to provide ID but I don't have to, but that's not the case. I had to provide ID same as everybody else to vote.
