A female customer at Duchess Restaurant in Milford discovered a camera phone positioned in the paper towel dispenser inside the ladies restroom she was using, according to Milford Police.
The customer removed the phone and found that it was in recording mode. It was later determined that the phone belonged to an employee of the restaurant.
