Enforcement on the border seems to be at a lull as well. I have friends that are on the CJ-B panel with the federal courts. They have reported that the illegal entry cases have dried up. They were getting 4-6 new ones per week for the last year and now if they get 6 a month they are lucky. And I live in a high traffic area. The Las Cruces sector of the border is very busy as well.
