The @chicagotribune has turned itself into a full-time PR firm for criminals & violent agitators who assault law enforcement. Here’s what happened:

@CBP was conducting a targeted enforcement arrest when this woman, a U.S. citizen, used her Mercedes Benz to block in agents and then rammed the agent’s vehicle.

Officers attempted to remove her from the vehicle.

She violently kicked 2 two law enforcement officers, causing injuries.

This agitator was arrested for assault on a federal agent. This incident is not isolated and reflects a growing and dangerous trend of illegal aliens and agitators ramming cars into our law enforcement officers.

If she was arrested for assault then why is she not being prosecuted for that assault? The video clearly shows the ICE vehicle making an illegal U-turn and pulling into her lane as she is driving.

ICE detains U.S. citizen for 7 hours after she photographed agents in Oregon

Authorities claim Berenice Garcia-Hernandez "aggressively followed" agents, while she says she was targeted for documenting their presence to warn the community.

An Oregon woman who is a U.S. citizen was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for about seven hours last Monday after taking pictures of agents’ unmarked cars near a Gresham Chick-fil-A.

As of Tuesday morning, ICE still had her phone and her engagement ring, she said. And as of Monday, no criminal charges had appeared against Garcia-Hernandez in federal court records.
