Trump's SA has no lawful function at voting polls and the NG and state police will stand them if they are stupid enough to show up.

I am well aware. Why would law enforcement interfere with you voting? What do you have to hide?

I don't care if there are 100 law enforcement at our pooling place. Not to mention the policeman (security guard) inside the polling place.

If armed individuals or groups are near polling places: Law enforcement may open consensual lines of communication with the armed individuals/groups, without probable cause or reasonable articulable suspicion that a crime is or may be underway, to understand: (1) who they are, (2) who they are affiliated with, and (3) what their purpose/goal is.

  • Law enforcement may ask individuals to identify themselves and/or who they are affiliated with so long as they do not require individuals to answer and do not detain the individuals. Officers may then check databases to determine whether the identified armed person is prohibited from possessing a gun.
  • Note that in many states it is illegal to give an officer a false name. Providing a false identification in these states would itself allow an officer to detain the person to investigate their true identity.

So the police who secure the inside of a polling place should be disarmed?

We vote in a police station here. Cops are in and out all day. Must they (in your demented view) disarm to enter their own station?

They would wrongly be stopping lineups of people waiting to vote and demanding them prove they are citizens, while telling them they do not accept their ID as valid, even when provided, just as they are currently doing to other citizens.

They would be masked and bullying and threatening and use violence against citizens who every right to tell them to fuck off, as a citizen who does not have to prove to anyone they are citizen.

They might even go one extra step if Trump demanded it and gave the order which would be to go in and grab any ballets and voting machines and take them away as Trump feels their voting fraud going on. It would then be up to that district to try and fight what was done in court, but it would be too late to count those votes anyway, if ICE did not already foul or destroy them.
