I worked for the Office prosecuting Trumps guy..

.....the original claim was that he grabbed her and threw her to the ground........

In Breitbart Fields elaborated: "before he could answer I was jolted backwards. Someone had grabbed me tightly by the arm and yanked me down. I almost fell to the ground, but was able to maintain my balance."

Technically the guy appears on tape touching her in an unwanted way... thats Battery.

Would a jury convict him, I dont know.

Not a chance lol. He would have a Trump-class defense attorney going against a local prosecutor. And the evidence isn't exactly overwhelming.

Police report is here: http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/03/29/us/politics/document-lewandowski.html

Rightwing sites are claiming all kinds of BS, including fake "police reports" purporting to "prove" she was lying. :palm:

Fields wrote that after the incident she looked around and saw Lewandowski and Trump leaving. She said she never got an apology or an explanation for what happened.
“Even if Trump was done taking questions, Lewandowski would be out of line,” she said. “Campaign managers aren’t supposed to try to forcefully throw reporters to the ground, no matter the circumstance.”

how embarrassing for Lesion......quotes are available.....

The video is next to worthless. If you didn't know what to look for you wouldn't notice much, if anything. Most objective observers wouldn't know anything even happened. It's much ado about not a whole lot, but since it involves Trump it makes headlines.

His supporters know it, and they double down. It's that simple.

This is the part I like: "The statement contradicted an earlier Daily Beast report, which said that Lewandowski had admitted the incident and told Breitbart he didn’t realize where Fields worked. Instead, he thought she was from the mainstream media."

If she'd been from the MSM, no problem roughing her up. I'm not surprised at something like this from the Trump camp.

The video along with the bruises on her arm make it worthy, not worthless.

Does any one know what Trump has, at the present, as a projection, in regard to the delegate count to win the Republican nomination ?

And how many delegates must a nominee have to win the nomination ?

Trump has 736. Needed to win the nomination on the first ballot, 1,237. Delegates still available, 943.
Watching republicans squirm, priceless.

There will only be 901 available after Wisconsin. We'll see how close The Donald comes to getting 501 more delegates. Especially if he continues to falter after Wisconsin, and sees people in NY abandon him for Kasich.
