I picked my kids up from school today and we planned to go vote.

The line was out the door, down the street, into the parking lot and on the lawn of the Courthouse next door. I asked the poll worker, he said two hours, and it has been like that all day, people were lined up when he opened the doors.

I early voted for Barak Obama last election and the line was out the door but not into the parking lot, it was about a 45 min wait.

This morning I was at the downtown Courthouse, voting is across the street at the police station, the parking lot next door had a HUGE Hillary tent with maybe a thousand people having a huge rally. I heard they served hamburgers and hotdogs at lunchtime. Tonight, after the polls close they are going to have a beer truck and a band.

I am voting for HRC.

I took my kids to be a part of history and so they would remember watching their father vote for the first woman president.

I do, I am not voting for her because of the kids, but I am taking them with me because of the history.

Objection to certification of Ohio's electoral votes[edit]
On January 6, 2005, Senator Barbara Boxer joined Representative Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Ohio in filing a Congressional objection to the certification of Ohio's Electoral College votes due to alleged irregularities including disqualification of provisional ballots, alleged misallocation of voting machines, and disproportionally long waits in poor and predominantly African-American communities.[69][70] The Senate voted the objection down 1–74; the House voted the objection down 31–267.[69] It was only the second Congressional objection to an entire State's electoral delegation in U.S. history; the first instance was in 1877, when all the electors from three southern states were challenged, and one from Oregon.[69][71] (An objection to a single faithless elector was filed in 1969.)[69]
