NO it is IRAQ , you know the ones we bombed a week or so ago, and they have already said they might and that would drop the number of ships going threw there and disrupt the oil supply.
And they could let THEIR ships go through to China and other countries.
Only thing right now stopping them is the Saudis are increasing production and they do not need to send their oil threw the Strait of Hormuz.
And Trump is trying to take credit for low oil prices when he had NOTHING to do with it.

Ummmmmmmmmmm, that's Iran, dude... NOT Iraq... President Trump authorized the dropping of bombs on IRANIAN nuclear facilities, NOT Iraqi facilities... Please learn the difference between Iraq and Iran.

This location is within IRAN, not Iraq......

He had everything to do with it, since he removed the strangling blocks on oil leases. and he pushed the BBB through both the House and the Senate, and signed it into law.
Part of that bill makes it far easier to obtain oil and coal leases, making it permanent. The Democrats can't fiddle with it anymore.

I have to credit Walt with braving the audience and announcing to JPP his prediction. In that vein, I too will go on record, with the antiwaltemitic position: I predict an S&P 500 Index of 7,420 on or about October 1st 2025. I won't be buying any options, but I will keep large amounts of my savings in an S&P 500 Index fund. I am happy to afford Walt his turn to swap sides of the barrels.
