In most VA hospitals there are women restrooms just beside EVERY men restroom. If the men restroom is locked (occupied), most are one toilet with no urinal, and the women restroom is unoccupied I feel very comfortable relieving myself right there in the women restroom. Of course I lock the door while I'm in there. I never considered that I was breaking any damned laws!!!!!!!!!! And I don't bother to put the seat back down. Hell, I had to pick it up!!!!!! If someone is offended, fuck 'em.
