“I may do it, I may not do it”

Would Trump say they were wrong too?

Let's not forget that Trump habitually dissed our intelligence services during his first term. He truly believes he's the smartest man in the room and only listens to himself. He'll do whatever his own whimsies tell him to do.
Yeah, but now he’s got whiskey Pete and Cruella de Vil Kristi feeding info, you think they are going to tell him anything he doesn’t want to hear

No. He selected his cabinet precisely because they'd always tell him what he wants to hear. When Tulsi and Pete broke ranks, they were punished with Pete quickly coming to heel. I'm curious how long before Tulsi resigns and does a spill-all.

Unpredictable and indecisive are often similar
Same goes for being chickenshit. TACO always wants it both ways which is why his act of war against Iran is such a deviation from his normal behavior. Did the nickname TACO really sting him so badly?
