Like so many of these controlled debates, both sides miss what would be the issue if Americans were capable of thinking independently. The loans were taken out under duress, in order to conform to an unjustifiable and unproductive educational system that means nothing more than buying a job. Whoever benefits from having the nation's talent developed (which doesn't happen under this system anyway) should pay not only the tuition, but a high salary to the students that natural and incentivized system would produce.
