I just watched JEB! drop out of the race...

I don't know about "biggest" in terms of adjusted dollar amount, I would venture a guess that the industrial revolution was the winner in that regard, but the 90's did have the longest uninterrupted growth in American history.

Now, I'm not the type of person to place
sole blame or credit for economic issues at the feet of a president, but it is pretty funny that the past 30 years or so show only economic decay under Rep presidents, and growth under Dem presidents.

Carter is the outlier, but even his presidency showed some growth amidst a global economic downturn.

He said largest, not longest

He teared up a bit. I feel bad for him, but really America needs to have a somebody other than two specific families in that office...
I agree with you but don't be to sad for Jeb. You and I are never going to get to be President either and no one is ever going to give us a minute portion of the money they gave him to run and when all is said and done, he'll be far wealthier than both of us put together. In other words Jeb will be just fine.

Carson & Kasich have to follow suit.

Trump won't win a 3-man race.
Yea he will. The way earning delegates is structured Trump should have it locked up. The establishment has to support him, to some degree. If they don't play nice, and so far the GOP establishment hasn't treated him badly but have made it clear they would prefer that he didn't run. So Trump has the GOP in the position where if they try to deny him the nomination he will run third party and that would all but guarantee that the GOP candidate would lose in the general.

I mean Trump has outmaneuvered and rolled up the GOP quite nicely and on that merit alone I think he has earned the nomination. There's no way in hell the GOP is going to take a chance on Trump running independently.

That means the odds are real high that Clinton and Trump will be the nominees. The big question there is can Trump outmaneuver Democrats to win the general?

He will have to as Hillary will have some serious advantages over him.

The person I bet $500 Bush would not win, let alone get the nom has wussed out because he believes that Bush could still win the presidency and that he is waiting for election day.

$500 :rofl2:

The Clintons reigned over the largest economic expansion ever.
You were too young to benefit from it.

The Nasdaq tanked from a peak over 5000 in March of 2000 to just under 2500 by the end of 2000.

The Clintons being in the WH during the tech, telecom, biotech boom of the 90's was just lucky timing. It wasn't anything Bill did. The boom started long before he came to office.

Desh, you going to show any facts to back your claim the '90's were the largest economic expansion in U.S. history?

also duly noted you can't even remember what you posted/claimed yesterday. I guess that's what happens when posting on a Meth binge.
