They layoff many of the NWS, now they are trying to hire them back. It will take years to retrain the new hires. So for years, staff will have to work 60-100 hour weeks with no overtime pay. And everyone that quits, will have mean more pressure on those that stay.

Basically, we will see how long people can keep this country afloat while being abused by trump.
