The Wikipedia entry for GOP House candidate Mia Love was edited to include racist, misogynistic slurs after her rousing convention speech Tuesday night, Twitchy reported.
Love, the mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah, happens to be a black female.
After the Wikipedia entry was defaced, it called Love a “total sell-out to the Right Wing Hate machine and the greedy bigots who control the GOP.”
Twitchy noted that the edits included disgusting slurs like “House N***er” and “dirty, worthless wh**e.”
Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit noted that the slurs have been removed from the page.
Twitchy added that "the Franklin Center’s Tabitha Hale captured a screen shot," which can be seen here.
Twitchy noted in another post that some on the left called Love a "token" after her rousing speech.
"My parents immigrated to the U.S. [from Haiti] with $10 in their pocket, believing that the America they had heard about really did exist,” she said Tuesday. “When times got tough they didn’t look to Washington, they looked within … So the America I came to know was centered in personal responsibility and filled with the American dream.”
Those who watched the convention on MSNBC, however, would not have seen her speech, as the liberal network elected not to show it.
A Google search revealed that as of this writing, no one in the so-called "mainstream media" - including MSNBC - has reported on the racist, misogynistic attack against Love.
