Grifting off ones name or proximity to power makes many people jealous, when they see someone make millions, and thus why Republicans try to whip up this FAKE issue. But there is simply NOTHING that can be done about it. If Al Gores kids want to work in Green Energy and companies clamour to hire them at above market rates as they think the last name 'Gore' will help them fundraise and get meetings in gov't, they can do that. There CANNOT and WILL NOT ever be a law that says once a person becomes President, their kids, siblings, parents or ex business partners can no longer work.


It would be against the Constitution to try and block them from working. And if Al Gore had become POTUS, you would never have been able to block his one kid going to work for Tesla, and heading up various Green Initiatives or the other going into Environmental law.

If the companies that hire them, do so in part due to their name there is NOTHING you can do about it.

I get that it angers dumb people, that certain people get ahead due to their name or relationships but it is NOT against the law.

The only law you can pass is for the Politicians to not accept undue influence from them, even if family or an ex business partner.

So what Hunter did is irrelevant and while the GOP will make all sorts of noise trying to pin on it Joe Biden they will have about as much success as the Durham Witch hunt, now going into Year 5, is having.

If tomorrow JesusAI daddy becomes POTUS and then suddenly private companies want to pay JesusAi a million dollars to be on their Boards, there is nothing illegal about it.
