A jury is expected to finish hearing testimony about a woman accused of helping her teenage daughter beat up a fellow student inside a Cincinnati high school classroom.
The woman's daughter said Friday that she didn't want to get into a fight with the other student. She testified that she hit the 15-year-old student because that girl hit her mother first.
The defendant, Precious Allen, is on trial for misdemeanor assault and trespassing. She is expected to testify in her own defense.
