I did some math…

I did the math as well. I don't think it will happen. In order to get to 50.01% there need to be about 160,000 votes outstanding and Warnock has to get 64.5% of them. The NYTimes map shows about half of the outstanding votes in areas Walker won by 20 points. I just don't see the uncounted votes being all that different from the counted votes. Neither candidate will get more than 55% of the remaining votes.

I'm not sure who's doing the math or the meth, but....

I did the math and the Libertarian votes alone could shift over to give the Heisman Trophy winner the win in a runnoff!

And I also believe the Republican State voting officials realized this, as Warnock was edging ever so closer, and strategically stopped counting the votes that would have given Warnock the easy win last night! They stopped counting votes right after the Democrat win was announced in PA!

I suspect Trump got on the phone and said....

Pathetic!

the majority of Libertarians are not gonna vote for Walker in a runoff.

The real issue is turnout. Some of Walker and Warnoks voters were likely more energized by other races and will sit this out. I believe the GOP governor race helped Walker way more than Abrams helped Warnok - so the runoff without the governor is not going to be as close

The runoff will be a completely different election and the turnout will not be the same. I think the Democrats are more likely to be enthused about their candidate than the moderate Republicans will about theirs.

But it's been the best counting ever in GA. We've never seen better counting. Walker will have the largest turnout ever for the Nov 8th election. We've never seen a larger turnout.

I'm hoping that the damn runnoff will be a non-factor as Nevada and Arizona both could wrap this whole thing up.

Good points!

Admittedly, I’m not very good at math, but I used a calculator and looked at the counties around Atlanta, looks to me like Warnock has a good shot at winning this out, right.

What do you think?

Well, at least somebody was impressed...

You are correct.

I think the December 6 runoff has already been announced, has it not?

It would be great if Warnock could do it again.

Chronic Traumnatic Encephalopathy is hardly an adequate qualification for Hershel Walker to become a senator.
Even Warnock's qualifications beat that.

Speaking of people of color, I used to really, really have the hots for the Ronettes when I was a kid.
Not any particular one of them.
I wanted all three of them.
I never particularly thought of myself as a coal burner, but the Ronettes were smoking hot, and I had a teenager's libido.

Alas, it never worked out, but bless their hearts, they were hot.

Back to Warnock and Walker, I guess.
Walker for the senate. Jesus Christ almighty.

I think you need to find a new hobby?

The day I care that much about who wins an election?
Is the day I hope I die.
