Almost all companies have those classes now-mandatory for most, especially in management....

I am sure their attorneys demand full participation in these classes, lest some of the employees standing around the water cooler may not know that talking about grabbing pussy is a no no:whome:

Not sure. Obviously, college campuses and the military have major issues with them, so I have received a lot of mandatory classes/seminars over the years. Not sure how they really prove that incidents are reduced specifically from the classes.

We have annual requirements to complete training in all sorts of things from CPR and Self-Aid & Buddy Care, to COMSEC, to Fire Extinguisher training. Some things aren't annual, such as the Human Relations class, which I will be due for in 2020.
