First, kidnapping and trafficking migrants is done with the express purpose of NOT TURNING THOSE PEOPLE OVER TO BORDER PATROL - so that's a rule break there

Secondly, if as Abbott and you say that we are being "invaded", what sense does it make for the American governor of Texas to kidnap "invaders" on the US side of the border, not turn them over to BP, and instead transport them -FOR FREE- around the country? If it's an invasion, then Abbott is helping them invade by not turning them over to Border Patrol and sending them around the country for free.

ABBOTT DOING THAT MAKES HIM COMPLICIT IN THE "INVASION".

He's saying we're being invaded, but he doesn't arrest any of the invaders...instead, he gives them free rides.
