Heavy rain with virtually no wind is NOT a hurricane. I drove to Temescal Valley yesterday to take my grandson to an indoor playground. No wind, no flooding. Temescal Valley ALWAYS has wind... It's like the storm is mocking the media.

The town I grew up in got 55 inches in two days during hurricane Harvey. My old home got 3 feet of water in it.
 
The Cabal that runs California is of course bitterly disappointed that there will not be forest fires this year because it is too wet. The planned narrative must be put on ice...AGAIN.
