Yes they both lied on the Federal Firearms Form. You can't be on drugs or be a straw purchaser. Have you ever even bought a gun and personally filed out a Federal Firearms gun.

On behalf of all the domestic abusers, heroin addicts, and angel dust users, I would like to thank the Supreme Court for defending their God given right to own a weapon and carry it around in public. What a great idea.

And a reminder that every single pot user who owns a gun has committed a felony.

You said that. It was a lie or ignorance on your part. The cases I listed show persons who were charge for the same crimes Bagman is facing now. It also shows that they aren't "supposed crimes" but real ones chargeable under federal law.

Included his charges were lying on the federal background check form. The point of the exercise was to show that persons other than Bagman have been charged with what Bagman did, not the specifics of their case.
