U.S. v. Ditrapano

That covers all three...
Lol,

“In connection with the guilty plea, the court was advised that between August 2020 and August 2021, Banks purchased four firearms. On Nov. 22, 2021, the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police recovered two of those firearms at the scene of a shooting. Due to the brief period of time between the purchase of one of those firearms and its use in crime, in addition to the recovery of multiple firearms in the possession of others, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) opened a straw purchase investigation into Banks. As part of the investigation, the ATF flagged Banks’ identifiers so that in the event he attempted to purchase another firearm, the federal firearm licensee would notify the ATF.”
You think this is the same as Hunter?

Yes they both lied on the Federal Firearms Form. You can't be on drugs or be a straw purchaser. Have you ever even bought a gun and personally filed out a Federal Firearms gun.

No he won’t, he’ll just move on to regurgitating whatever new conspiracy Murdoch is peddling, this will be forgotten, just as Durham’s fiasco was quickly forgotten
Naw I'm just happy that obviously dirty plea agreement was rejected by the Judge. Anything else is just gravy. Seeing Hunter squirm on the hook is great entertainment. :corn:

Indeed.

No one is above the law...not Biden or his son, Cocaine Hunter.

Hunter's not being above the law has been demonstrated clearly enough, that even you should be able to see it. He is actually getting mistreated by the system. His hair will grow as they wait for the trial, which must show he is innocent and not going to jail.

On behalf of all the domestic abusers, heroin addicts, and angel dust users, I would like to thank the Supreme Court for defending their God given right to own a weapon and carry it around in public. What a great idea.

And a reminder that every single pot user who owns a gun has committed a felony.

Nice try. The SC did away with that law. Your evidence is moot.

And in the first case, there was an issue of multiple straw sales. The only time anyone is charged or penalized for that infraction is when there is an accompanying crime.

Neither of your links mention any penalties that might have been handed down.

Finish your homework, and resubmit

Nobody has ever been charged for the supposed crimes Biden is facing.

You said that. It was a lie or ignorance on your part. The cases I listed show persons who were charge for the same crimes Bagman is facing now. It also shows that they aren't "supposed crimes" but real ones chargeable under federal law.

Included his charges were lying on the federal background check form. The point of the exercise was to show that persons other than Bagman have been charged with what Bagman did, not the specifics of their case.

Nope. You're wrong. Nice try

Only when there is another crime committed with said gun.

The S.C. found Biden not guilty

LOL.

Keep up the good work.

Meanwhile, nobody gets prosecuted for the charge Biden is facing.

The speed limit on many highways is 65 mph.

Nobody gets pulled over for doing 70 mph on these highways.

One more time... the links you post are useless. The SC has ruled that heroin addicts and rapists have the right to purchase guns.
