There are a couple of things that we all know, and we have all known it and realized it, since the moment it hit the news sphere! We know that Hunter Biden did not admit to being addicted to cocaine on his Background check, and that is considered lying, that it was against the law for him to do that, and there is a penalty for that. We also know now that Hunter did not claim all of his income on his tax return, and that is in itself tax fraud or tax evasion, and there is a penalty for that.
These are well established facts that we all know, and that Hunter has confessed to. And we all know that Hunter has fully cooperated with the Justice Department, since he confessed to his crimes and misdemeanors, and has paid the IRA the money that was owed in back taxes, and he has paid his fines to the IRA for his tax evasion, and has paid the Justice department's legal fees for his Tax evasion investigation and hearings. And Hunter has already paid his fines to the Justice Department for his lying on his Background form hearings.
The only thing that needs to be settled, is the punishment phase of his SPECIAL COUNCIL Justice Department GRAND JURY hearings. We also know that Hunter has already fulfilled everything in accordance to his original Plea agreement signed off by both parties that was worked out by the Special Council. And as you, I, and the entire world knows, that Plea agreement was turned down by the Judge that was handling the case.
It was turned down for a very major reason. The prosecutor had made a mistake by using conflicting language that the investigation was over and that Hunter would not be further prosecuted, but also said that Hunter could still be prosecuted for any crimes unknown to the court at this time.
Well, the Judge told the prosecutor that the language the prosecutor used contradicted itself, and that it did not offer the defendant a guarantee that he could not be convicted in some future case for the same crimes that were part of the original plea agreement.
So the Judge refused to sign it under those loose legal conflicting terms of agreement between the two parties AS IT WAS WRITTEN- JUST AS ANY JUDGE WOULD HAVE.
You cannot coerce a defendant to plead guilty to a crime, and then allow another investigative body, to start an entirely new investigation of that same crime.
That is considered a double Jeopardy Sir. This judge was not going to set this case up for that, or set Hunter, or even the prosecutor up for that to happen in her court with her reputable name all over it. NO SIR!
