No, Flynn was and trump pardoned him. Manafort was guilty of bank fraud and filing false tax returns. Hunter filed, he just failed to pay on time. Again, if Joe pardons hunter the trumptards will have no right to complain. With trumptards, pardoning your friends and family to troll political enemies is cool.
