Im stunned no one is talking about the legal precedent this creates.

Obviously other babies could have the same fate when it is no longer profitable for the hospital to treat them but this extends to other scenarios too. If a husband is near death the spouse usually gets to decide. Using this precedent hospitals now can. Older people usually assign a power of attorney in case of situations like this. Hospitals can now overrule them using this precedent.

Hope. As long as life is present hope is present. And just what does the left have to lose if the child is not killed by state execution Nothing...not even a few dollars? If the child is brain dead he is feeling no pain....the only "pain" being produced is caused by the actions of the despotic state when they demand the child be put to death even though there was a trust fund were millions of dollars was donated by those who would keep hope alive so the child could at least be subject to the latest medical care offered in the United States.

Murder is murder...immorality is immorality....evil is evil and sacrificing this child at the alter of Human Secularism is most certainly an absolute act of evil. And you demwits want and demand the same health care mandates be the normal in the US....where there indeed is a DEATH PANEL populated by secular liberal minded "bureaucrats".

But you and your guild denied the existence of such a death panel....this is the prime example of where liberalism leads a place where freedom no longer exists. What right does any state have to deny the parents from seeking medical care elsewhere if they are not satisfied with the current health care taking place? This is about more than stopping any child from suffering...even though they have claimed the child is (wink, wink) brain dead and not subject to feeling anything..this is about the STATE and its overreach in taking the life of a child void of any consent from the parents. Where the state is the same as executing a living breathing child void of any due process in relation to someone committing crimes against humanity. The only crime against humanity is being carried out by a fascist liberal court system. Welcome to the new world order.

You do know there was a recent case where a 13 month old child faced the exact same situation where the doctors said, "The child is brain dead"....turns out the child survived and is now 4 years old and going to school.
