The fact remains Trump is hip deep in planning and participating in obstruction of Congress with armed militia.
What fascinates me is that the system held together. When Obama was President, these same tough-talking keyboard warriors talked about him turning the nation Marxist, martial law to stay President, etc The testimony yesterday proved that the Presidency of the United States is not a man, but a system. Regardless if Trump grabbed the steering wheel or not, he wanted to go to the Capitol and wasn't allowed to do it. Trump wanted the magnetometers removed and they weren't. Trump wanted an army of armed militia* to attack the Capitol.
If the mob itself overran the Capitol police, a few hundred armed militia, under the President's protection, would most certainly have captured Congress and executed whomever they pleased.
There will be more testimony confirming that Trump knew people were armed and that he wanted them to go to the Capitol.
*I expect all militia who were there, even if outside the secure area, will be hunted down, arrested, charged and convicted.

Because "the Beast", as it's called, the primary security vehicle, has equipment directly behind the driver that would obstruct anyone behind him. But the "Beast" wasn't used that day. Trump rode in the Suburban which is not obstructed from behind. There is nothing implausible in her account of what happened. It only lacks the direct knowledge of her other testimony. It's curious though that her accounts of Trump's meltdowns both in the Suburban and Oval Office dining room haven't been challenged other than by a single anonymous source regarding the former.
Actually for once the OP is correct. We heard the same statement last night while watching NBC Nightly News. It still doesn't impugn the rest of her testimony. As Nomad correctly pointed out, Hutchison was careful to distinguish between what she was told by someone else (the grabbing of the steering wheel) and what she herself witnessed or heard.
Personally I thought the grabbing of the steering wheel sounded fishy. #TRE45ON is a coward at heart. I simply cannot see him wanting to take part in what he knew was going to be a violent encounter, where he might break a nail or have his toupee ripped off.

Also they established trump's childish rage when recounting the several times twump threw food, making his staff clean up after him.

Agreed. Cassidy Hutchinson primarily confirmed previous evidence. There's a difference between a lower level staffer saying something and a high level staffer a few steps from both the Chief of Staff and the President himself.
I expect more people to step forward to also confirm the actions prior to and on 1/6. I expect arrests of WH staffers to take place and for them to roll on Trump to avoid a 20 year prison sentence.
The denial didn't come from the two agents she identified. It came from an unnamed source. All we've heard from the Agency is that it is prepared to cooperate with the Committee and provide testimony. There was no denial. Her account of the incident was from what she was told in the presence of the driver himself who she described as shaken. Trump is a coward, yes. He's also wildly impulsive. It's not impossible he would have reacted that way, then have a change of heart the moment he came upon the mob scene at the Capitol.

True about the difference. That part is second hand knowledge from a person she trusted. Regardless, all the evidence about armed militia, the magnetometers and Trump's desire to lead his "people" to the Capitol is, IMO, the most damning of all.
FWIW, I believe STY is/was an Oath-Keeper and his sudden silence is interesting. I hope he knows a good lawyer. LOL
