THERE IS NO COMPARISON WHATSOEVER BETWEEN A THIRTY YEAR OLD GUY WITH A THIRTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL
and
A THIRTY YEAR OLD WOMAN WITH A THIRTEEN YEAR OLD BOY.

A 13-year-old boy gets high fives from his friends for scoring a thirty year old woman. Maybe even from his dad, who knows?
There's no similarity at all between the situations.

The comparison is that they are both illegal. Rape does not become legal just because the victim gets high fives.

Agreed. Rape is rarely about sex; it's about power. The rapist in this case wants a girl slave for him to groom and own for the rest of her life.

Older men choose under aged girls for a reason and it's not love.
 
In my area there was a case where a police officer and his wife became legal guardians for a 15-year old girl who was having troubles at home.

The girl wanted to marry and could legally marry at 15 with permission from parent/legal guardian. The officer gave his permission, divorced his wife, and married her.

Sex with his new wife was legal, but since she was pregnant when they married he was convicted of sexual assault.
