That's less than 200 successful incursions per year.

The decision comes as the courts have blocked efforts to harden asylum rules.

No the wall is just: 1. archaic. 2. prone to damage. 3. Expensive to build, and maintain. 4. A piss poor determent, when raging rivers, and scorching desert treks do little. A wall, even with extra determent, like spikes, or added voltage isn't going to do much. People from Cuba, would get on makeshift rafts, and travel like a 100 miles of ocean.
