If you want an answer, he has made my life worse because I'm much more worried about my investments, my children & America's future now. Trump seems distracted and not prepared at all of the office to which he has been elected. His best response to crisis seems to be via twitter. His economic plans favor the wealthy and do not address the debt. He has no real healthcare plan. He doesn't have a "secret plan" for ISIS.

How has he made my life better? I mean, thank god we haven't had an actual crisis yet.

It was also one of the deepest crashes we have had. And you guys said the stimulus would make it worse.

By a good President, do you mean a Republican like Bush - who presided over the crash?

no.....I was very disappointed in Bush's handling of the economy after 2006.......he needed to stand up to the demmycrats in Congress and didn't.......so much money wasted 2006 until 2016.......

I'm sure Fox won't mention that nagging issue of credit cards not being able to jack your interest rates on existing balances. It will be interesting to see how many lives are affected by trump's EO doing away with Obama's law that demands investment advisers take YOUR best interest into account before they act.
 
I can no longer point to the President of the United States as an example for my children to follow.
I was barraged in Europe about the American Bully attitude.
I cannot take a trip back to Cuba like I had planned.
I am less secure in the belief that I will have insurance next year due to my uncontrollable high cholesterol.


Those are a few off the top of my head.

to be fair, it did increase from a previous high of 1600 to 2000.......I believe that would be a 25% increase........generally you don't consider recovery to be a gain.......

as for making it worse, causing the recovery to stretch out six years is definitely making it worse.........
